The Sales team was looking to add more features to the distributor web portal. The old system providing online ordering functionality and warranty claim management.
The solution
We designed a new web-based portal, reusing parts of the old system, but adding lead management tools, a variety of sales reports, technical support documentation, and marketing materials.
