Sales Portal Web Application

The client

Phantom Screens is a manufacturing company in British Columbia, Canada which serves customers throughout North America.

The need

The Sales team was looking for account and lead management tools beyond what the existing ERP system could provide.

The solution

I designed a web-based portal, connected to the ERP system, which provided the following interactive reports:

  • Account Report Card
  • Accounts Receivable Aging Analysis
  • Comparison of forecasted sales to actual sales
  • Current Statement (of unpaid customer invoices)
  • Market Penetration (total sales compared to number of households in the distributor’s territory)
  • Trailing Sales and Comparative Trailing Sales (separated by product line)
  • Unit Sales (number of units sold per month per product line)
  • Web Analytics (to see how many potential homeowners were visiting our website for each distributor’s territory)

A leads dashboard provided insight into the leads list that was provided to distributors in their own web portal. The sales team could see whether their distributors were following up on leads in a timely fashion.
